SUBMIT A SCHOLARSHIP

Give us your award and we will get it in front of the right students.

If your alumni association, church, chapter, foundation, or company funds a scholarship for Black students, tell us about it here. Listing is free and always will be. Most of these awards never reach the students they were created for because the big databases do not carry them.

STEP 1

You send it

One form, mostly optional. Send what you have and we will research whatever is missing rather than send you back a list of questions.

STEP 2

A person checks it

Every detail gets read against the official page you link, including the amount and the deadline. Nothing is posted by a machine.

STEP 3

Students find it

Once it is live, the award is matched to the students who actually qualify, and they get a deadline reminder before it closes.

Tell us about the award

This takes about five minutes. Only nine fields are required. Your contact details are used to confirm the award with you and are deleted from our records once it is published.

Fields marked * are required. Everything else is optional, so send what you have and we will research the rest.

About you

Only our team sees this. It is deleted the moment the award is published.

The award

Only if the award is a range. Leave it blank for a fixed amount.

Must still be ahead of us. We cannot post an award students can no longer apply for.

The page on your own site that describes the award. We check every detail against it before publishing.

In your own words. What the award is for, who it honors, and what it covers.

Essays, transcripts, recommendation letters, an interview, anything they need to have ready.

Who can apply

A short summary students will read, for example: Black high school seniors in Georgia with a 3.0 GPA or better.

Grade levels

Leave all of them unchecked if any student can apply.

Separate several with commas, for example: nursing, public health.

Separate several with commas, for example: GA, AL, MS.

On a 4.0 scale, for example 3.0. Leave it blank if there is no minimum.

For example African American. Leave it blank if the award is open to all.

For example a member of an AME congregation. Leave it blank if faith is not a requirement.

Check anything that applies

Anything the fields above do not cover, for example a parent must be a union member, or the student must have played a marching band instrument.

Free to submit. We never charge providers to list an award.

Have several awards to send, or a spreadsheet of them? We will take the whole list.
