We are confident enough in the matches and the done-for-you service to stand behind the result. The promise is simple, and so are the conditions. We do not promise you will win. We promise that if you do your part and still win nothing, you do not pay.
The promise
If you are a Premium member and you apply to every scholarship match CrownScholar assigns you over a six-month period, and you do not win any award, we refund what you paid for Premium during that period.
What you have to do
- ✓ Apply to every match we assign you during the six-month period. We keep this a defined, finite list, not an endless one.
- ✓ Meet every assigned deadline. A missed deadline on an assigned match voids the guarantee for that period.
- ✓ Keep your profile accurate, so the matches we assign are real and eligible for you.
What we do
We assign you a clear list of matches you are eligible for. On Premium we also prepare and submit up to ten of them for you each month. We track which matches were assigned, which were applied to, the deadlines, and the outcomes, so a refund claim can be checked fairly and quickly. You can see your own guarantee progress any time on your dashboard.
What does not qualify
Missing any assigned application or deadline voids the guarantee for that period. The guarantee covers the matches we assign, not awards you find on your own. It is one period at a time. This is not a promise that you will win, it is a promise that if you do your part and win nothing, you do not pay.
These terms are written to be fair to both sides and may be refined before launch with legal review. The current, binding version always lives on this page.
